Legal terms and conditions
WARRANTY. The contractor warrants workmanship for 12 months from the completion date. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to the customer. This warranty does not cover damage from settling caused by water, tree roots or heavy equipment. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The contractor's liability is limited to the contract price.
